Adani Enterprises meets operational authority for Guwahati Airport

According to reports, Adani Enterprises has got the right to operate Guwahati Airport for the next 50 years.

Adani Enterprises had offered a payment of 160 rupees per passenger to the Airports Authority of India (AAI) for its popular Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport. 

Earlier on Tuesday, it was reported that Adani Enterprises got operational rights of 5 airports. Adani Group’s Adani Enterprises has had success for Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mangalore and Thiruvananthapuram.

According to the report, the Airports Authority of India (AAI), which is the current owner and operator of these airports, has been told that Adani Enterprises has offered 177, 174, 171, 168 and 115 rupees per passenger respectively, whose company To run these airports, the AAI will pay for a 50-year concession agreement. Significantly, all these airports are being privatized.

Meanwhile, Adani Enterprises’s shares in BSE rose to Rs 136.30, with a slight increase compared to the previous closed level of Rs 132.05, at 134.30 rupees. But after around 11/11, there has been a weakness in the company share. Around Rs 12.10, or 0.08% weakness in the company’s shares around 12.10 pm, deals are being made at a price of Rs. 131.95.
